StubHub Drip-Pricing Practices
We are currently investigating a potential class action against StubHub Canada Ltd and StubHub Inc in relation to their use of drip-pricing practices on stubhub.ca and the StubHub app in the resale of tickets to events outside of Canada. This potential class action would be on behalf of all Canadian residents who purchased from StubHub Canada Ltd and/or StubHub, Inc one or more tickets for an event outside of Canada in the last two years.
