Kevin Egan calls for correctional system reform to increase education and rehabilitative measures.

In the most recent development of an ongoing inquest into the drug smuggling and overdose crisis happening within the very walls of the Hamilton-Wentworth Detention Centre, two correctional officers have been arrested. 

Lawyer Kevin Egan, who represented the family of late Marty Tykoliz during this investigation believes that though this is a step in the right direction, it is imperative for more education and rehabilitative measures to be present within the correctional system.
