A related proposed class action has been commenced in the Supreme Court of British Columbia as Crawford v FCA Canada Inc. and FCA US LLP (BC Action) against the same Defendants with respect to substantially similar allegations and the same vehicles. To view a copy of the British Columbia Notice of Civil Claim, click here.

Counsel for the plaintiffs in the Ontario Action and BC Action have agreed to work cooperatively and Ontario class members’ potential claims will continue to be pursued in the BC Action.
