Cristina is a trusted advisor to employers navigating a wide range of labour, employment, and human rights matters. Her expertise spans employment standards, occupational health and safety, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and workplace accommodation. She has significant experience advising both unionized and non-unionized employers on labour and employment issues arising from corporate transactions or reorganizations. Cristina is also an experienced workplace investigator and regularly assists employers in responding to allegations of workplace harassment, violence, and discrimination.

Cristina is committed to building long-lasting relationships with her clients and providing practical, results-oriented solutions to complex legal problems. She works closely with employers to proactively navigate workplace issues, foster positive labour relations, and avoid costly litigation.

Where litigation proves necessary, Cristina is a skilled advocate with a proven record of success against strong union opposition.

After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, Cristina obtained her law degree from Western University. During law school, Cristina served as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Western Journal of Legal Studies and as an editor for the Canadian Journal of Law and Jurisprudence. Cristina currently sits on the board of Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis.

Outside the office, Cristina enjoys trying her hand at new creative pursuits with varying levels of success. Her current favourites include pottery and watercolour painting.
