She services a broad range of clients, including institutional investors, corporations, lenders, commercial property owners, advisers, and developers. Beth’s practice has a strong focus on the development and negotiation of agreements for the design, construction, financing and maintenance of infrastructure; she also drafts and provides advice in the commercial leasing context.

Beth appreciates that clients rely on her to complete challenging and complex matters.
Beth completed her law school at Dalhousie University and worked as an associate at a large downtown Toronto firm before returning to her hometown. Beth tries to give back to the community on a regular basis, including by supporting local junior sports teams. When not at the office Beth can be found attempting new curry recipes and trying to keep up with her two children.
