Katrina Wiegers

Biography

Katrina is a family law lawyer who combines legal expertise with a commitment to serving her community. Katrina practices all aspects of family law, including negotiating parenting arrangements, calculating property division, and drafting domestic contracts. Her legal expertise is founded in a comprehensive appreciation and understanding of the complexities of family law matters, including issues involving matters of family violence. Katrina approaches each case with empathy and a deep respect for the unique circumstances of her clients, recognizing that no two situations are alike.

Graduating from Western Law, Katrina embarked on a career path with a desire to effect positive change. Recognizing the importance of accessibility in the provision of legal services, she has dedicated countless hours to volunteering with community legal clinics, providing invaluable assistance to underserved and equity-seeking populations in need of legal support. With a passion for enacting justice and empowering individuals, Katrina has worked closely with community legal services and has conducted local outreach and presented legal education seminars in London’s high schools.

Whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation, Katrina is dedicated to helping individuals and families solve problems that enable them to move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Outside of the office, Katrina enjoys trying new recipes, going hiking, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
