Biography
“I am proud of the work we do at McKenzie Lake helping people who have been injured in accidents get the treatment they need and the compensation they deserve.”
For more than 20 years, Lisa Fraser’s practice has focused on plaintiff personal injury cases helping people who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, assaults, dog bites, and other accidents. Lisa has also assisted clients in obtaining benefits they were entitled to such as accident benefits, long-term disability benefits, and CPP benefits.
Lisa has been actively involved in the London community throughout her career including 4 years as a trustee with the Middlesex Law Association. Lisa is a former Vice-President of the Brain Injury Association of London and Region where she also spent 10 years on their Fundraising Committee. Lisa is also a former volunteer with Jesse’s Journey.
Lisa is a member of the Middlesex Law Association, The Advocates’ Society, the Ontario Bar Association, and was a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association for 10 years. Lisa is a proud alumni of the University of Western Ontario where she attended for both her Honours Sociology degree and her Law degree.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys travelling, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and three daughters.
Effective July 1, 2021 – My maximum contingency fee rate for most personal injury cases is 30% except for medical/dental/professional malpractice cases which would have a maximum rate of 40%.

- Dean Ivan C. Rand Award, Western University Canada (1999) given to a student in the Faculty of Law who demonstrates both a strong academic standing as well as an outstanding contribution to the London community
