“I pride myself on being detail-oriented and finding creative solutions for my clients, where possible. I prioritize getting to know what is most important to my clients and develop a strategy or solution that is personalized to each client.”
Nicole recognizes that separating from a partner can be a stressful process, especially where there is significant conflict. Nicole practices law with compassion and understanding. She ensures her clients have a strong understanding of their legal position and the options available to them both in and outside of the court process. Nicole provides advice that takes time and cost into account.
Nicole also negotiates and prepares marriage contracts and cohabitation contracts. Nicole understands the importance of providing thorough and reliable legal advice.
In her wills practice, Nicole works hard to ensure her clients are not overwhelmed by what can sometimes seem like a daunting process. Nicole takes the time to understand her clients needs and ensures each client’s wishes are properly reflected in their wills and powers of attorney.
Nicole holds a B.A.Hons. from Queen’s University and a J.D. from Lakehead University. Following her call to the bar in 2017, Nicole practiced at a busy firm in Halton Hills in Family Law, Wills and Real Estate Law.
Nicole enjoys volunteering her time in community and most recently volunteered as Chair of the Board of Directors for a non-profit environmental organization in the Halton Region.
Outside of the office Nicole enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
