Biography
Sabrina is a partner in the class action litigation group. Since 2006, her practice has focused on complex litigation, including class actions, multi-party litigation and mass torts involving products liability, consumer protection and social justice issues. Sabrina has significant experience prosecuting a variety of both domestic and multijurisdictional class actions including cases against the pharmaceutical, medical device, and auto industries.
Sabrina has appeared at various levels of Court, in numerous jurisdictions across Canada and has assisted in international cases.
In addition to her practice, Sabrina is a contributing author to the Butterworths’ Class Law and Practice – a seminal text on class action law in Canada and has written and presented on class action-related topics.
Sabrina is a member of the Advocates Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100.
Outside of her practice, Sabrina is committed to the preservation and promotion of arts and culture, having served as both chair and as a member of various boards of directors of local not-for-profit organizations.
