Sabrina is a seasoned partner in the Class Action Litigation Group, bringing over 18 years of expertise to some of the most intricate and impactful legal battles. Her practice is a powerhouse of complex litigation, tackling class actions, multi-party disputes, and mass torts involving product liability, consumer protection, pensions, and social justice.

A fierce advocate for justice, Sabrina has led high-stakes domestic and multijurisdictional class actions against some of the largest players in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and automotive sectors. Known for her courtroom tenacity, she has appeared before courts at all levels across Canada, including successfully conducting one of the rare “common issues” trials. Her expertise extends beyond borders, making her a sought-after advocate in international legal arenas as well.

Beyond the courtroom, Sabrina is a thought leader in her field. She’s contributed to Canadian legal texts, and frequently writes and speaks on class action-related issues across North America and Europe.
