As the federal and provincial governments continue to update public health measures to fight Covid-19, our firm continues to adapt to support the safety of communities, health care organizations and front line workers, much of our business will be conducted remotely, but our physical offices will remain open with reduced staffing.
Our business continuity plan is fully operational providing our lawyers and staff with complete access to our systems and available to handle all client matters as seamlessly as possible. We will continue to be responsive to your needs throughout the pandemic and are reachable by telephone, email and video as normal.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our Reception hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
APPOINTMENTS
All visits MUST be by appointment only. Please call our office and book an appointment. Virtual meetings continue to be encouraged.
ELECTRONIC PAPERWORK
Paperwork is to be completed by each client electronically where possible and forwarded to our office at least 1-day prior to your appointment. This is to decrease touch points within the office.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
All staff and lawyers are outfitted with appropriate PPE. Clients are encouraged to wear a face mask to their appointment. Protective face coverings are available for those that do not bring one to their appointment.
DISINFECTION
We have enhanced our already vigorous disinfection protocol. All client touch points are disinfected after each encounter. Hands will require immediate disinfection upon arrival to our offices. Sanitation is available as soon as you exit the elevators.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Two meters between lawyers, staff and clients will be observed while in the office.
