Dodge Ram & Jeep EcoDiesel
Update – May 2022
On May 5th, 2022, an Order was executed by the Ontario Court dismissing Mark Sharpe v FCA Canada Inc. and FCA US LLC (Ontario Action), as it is no longer necessary in light of Andrew Keith Jacquard v FCA Canada Inc and FCA US LLC, Supreme Court of British Columbia File No. S2010558 (BC Action) which involves similar claims and defendants.
As counsel for the plaintiffs in the Ontario Action and the BC Action have agreed to work cooperatively, all Ontario class members’ potential claims will be pursued in the BC Action.
If you previously registered with our office as a class member, nothing is required from you at this time. Your potential claim will be pursued in the BC Action.
