Lauren Sigouin Joins McKenzie Lake as an Associate

McKenzie Lake is pleased to welcome corporate and business lawyer, Lauren Sigouin, to our business law & financial services law team. Lauren’s practice includes incorporation, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, leases and other commercial contracts. Lauren educates her clients on applicable laws and best practices and ensures that clients have the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Social Science, Political Science and Global Studies from the University of Ottawa and earned her J.D. from Queen’s University in 2016. She serves her community through volunteering as a mentor at Western Business Law Clinic and as chair of the board of directors at the London Heritage Council.
