McKenzie Lake involved in large acquisition deal

McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP was involved in a big acquisition deal as reported by Lexpert Magazine.  Unique Fabricating Inc., acquired Intasco Corporation this past April with Intasco being represented by the McKenzie Lake legal team consisting of Donald Bryant and James Elsley (corporate and commercial, real estate) and Sarah Low (employment).
