McKenzie Lake welcomes new partner Jonathon Barnett and business lawyer Ashley Podolinsky to the firm

McKenzie Lake is pleased to welcome two Business and Real Estate lawyers to the firm: Jonathon Barnett as partner and Ashley Podolinsky as associate.

Jonathon and Ashley join us with their team of legal practitioners who bring with them a depth of practice area experience to McKenzie Lake.

Ashley is a Business and Real Estate lawyer who grew up being involved in her family’s farming business and now farms with her husband. She has first-hand experience of running a business and dealing with third parties, such as accountants and bankers. Ashley strongly believes in assisting her clients with clear communication in their legal needs and their business goals.

Jonathon practices Business and Real Estate law with a focus on agri-business, acquisitions and sales of private companies, corporate reorganizations, and other transactional work in the corporate sector, as well as commercial and residential land development.  He has extensive expertise in guiding clients through a full range of complex land development matters. 

Jonathon and Ashley will join our team of lawyers and staff who currently support our clients in the areas of Business, Real Estate and Agri-Business Law in our London office.
