Nassim Give Joins McKenzie Lake as an Associate

McKenzie Lake Lawyers is pleased to welcome Nassim Give as an associate. Nassim Give’s practice areas include Business and Corporate Law, with a particular interest in Information Technology Law, and Real Estate.

Nassim advises on a wide range of business matters and has extensive experience working with start-up companies, re-organizations, share and asset acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, and complex business transactions.

With a practice based in Guelph, Nassim is an active member and volunteer in the community. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Iranian-Canadian Legal Professionals. She sits on the Board of Directors at Innovation Guelph where they provide business support programs.

Coming from an entrepreneurial background, Nassim understands that the key to any successful business is building meaningful connections. With her innate ambitious spirit, she thrives on helping businesses and start-up companies achieve their goals. Her hard work and dedication are evident as she provides outstanding service to her clients.

Nassim graduated with Honours from the University of Toronto with a B.A. and earned her LL.B. from the University of Liverpool. Outside the world of law, Nassim enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and trying new culinary experiences. Nassim is also bilingual, fluent in both English and Farsi.
